Our DiffBiome capsules are specifically recommended for patients who no longer require hospital treatment but are still struggling with Clostridioides difficile infection.
Our Capsules
Based on our experience, we have developed two types of capsules. Among them, we recommend DiffBiome 30(V) capsules for first-time treatment of confirmed infections or for patients who have not yet undergone an antibiotic course. Meanwhile, DiffBiome 30+ capsules are suggested for patients with a long-standing infection, residual symptoms, or those continuing treatment at home.

Treatment Process
Treatment Plan:
Dosage should always be adjusted according to symptoms:
- Default case: 2 capsules per day;
- Severe case: 3 capsules per day.
The first treatment cycle always lasts 7 days, and we do not recommend interrupting it. If, during this period, the frequency of bowel movements significantly decreases, stool consistency improves, and the frequency and intensity of bowel urges and cramps diminish, then treatment does not need to continue beyond the 7th day. Any remaining capsules should be stored in the freezer, where they can be used within 5 years in case of a recurrence.
Evaluation of Results:
If symptoms improve but certain issues persist, the dosage should be increased to the maximum (3 capsules per day) or maintained at this level, and treatment should continue until all 30 capsules in the package have been consumed. After the 15th day or upon completion of 30 capsules, no further improvement is expected, so professional consultation is recommended before continuing treatment.
Capsule Adjustment:
If symptoms do not improve despite using the maximum dosage and completing 30 capsules, it is advisable to continue treatment with DiffBiome 30+ capsules.
Donor Change:
If MTT with the given donation does not achieve the desired results, or if certain symptoms do not reach full remission, it may be beneficial to seek a different donor to improve microbiota compatibility. MTT from the new donor should be applied following the same protocol described in the "Treatment Plan" section.
Application and Storage:
Capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach with at least 200 ml (2 dl) of water. After waiting for 30 minutes, another 200 ml (2 dl) of water is recommended. Afterward, normal daily activities, meals, and other medications can be resumed as usual. No refrigeration is needed for capsule transportation. At home, they can be stored in a refrigerator for 12 months or in a freezer for up to 5 years.
Follow-up Treatment:
The symptoms caused by C. diff. can be eliminated with the help of the capsules; however, further treatment should follow the protocol designed to resolve dysbiotic conditions. This includes assessing exposomes and restoring bacterial balance using TransferBiome capsules.
