Please complete the form below to apply as a donor candidate. Following your application, we will send you an email containing your unique, pseudoanonymised Donor ID. This identifier — not your personal details — will be used for all future screening and assessments conducted on your behalf. Our microbiota donor programme welcomes applicants with a standard level of physical fitness ("standard donor") as well as ultra-runner/cyclist athletes ("ultra donor").
