using FindBiome and TransferBiome MTT capsules
IBS and IBD affect millions worldwide, yet they are often confused despite being very different conditions.
- IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome): The most common gastrointestinal disorder, causing abdominal pain, bloating, constipation (IBS-C), diarrhea (IBS-D), or both (IBS-M). It’s a functional disorder without visible inflammation, making diagnosis difficult. Many suffer for years without proper care.
- IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease): A chronic inflammatory disease that affects various parts of the digestive tract. Most common forms: ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, and microscopic colitis.
Early detection and microbiota-based support can significantly improve quality of life.
Please note that MicroBiome Bank does not sell a product but facilitates the connection between donors and recipients by providing professional medical services. We handle donor recruitment, screening, fecal testing and the processing of the screened donation into capsule form through qualified laboratories. The contents of the capsules remain the property of the donor, subject to the cost of medical services, until fully paid by the recipient. The brand names of the individual services are intended solely to make them easier to remember and to simplify the ordering process.
We use “dysbiosis” to describe a state in which the patient’s gut microbiota is functionally imbalanced and contributing to digestive symptoms. Our approach focuses on modifying the gut microbiota composition to alleviate these symptoms — not on treating clinical findings or targeting specific strains. To monitor progress, we use the DynaMAP profiling tool, but our therapies are not guided by individual bacteria. We provide a science-based protocol, tailored to each patient.
The following steps are essential for using our FindBiome and TransferBiome services effectively to eliminate dysbiosis and to remodulate the microbiota composition of the gut.
Please get in touch with us by filling out the form located at the bottom of the page! In response, we will send you the most important information and register you as an interested party.

- Avoid antibiotics or probiotics
- Eat fermented foods with live cultures (e.g. kefir, lacto-fermented vegetables)
- Choose additive-free, antibiotic-free animal protein
- Avoid artificial sweeteners
For a stable long-term result, consider sourcing food from our donor-aligned farm:
Step 1: Compatibility Test – FindBiome Capsules (4x15)
This phase identifies the most compatible donor microbiota using 4 distinct formulations. Patients must complete a 32-day trial while tracking symptoms and meals in an online journal.
Clinical observations show that many symptoms already ease during this testing phase.
Registration is required to start the process. You will receive a personal code (e.g. U0000000) to use throughout treatment.
Price: €1.140 per kit
Package includes 4x15 capsules (4 donor strains)
Step 2: TransferBiome Therapy – 60-Day Treatment
Once compatibility is established, TransferBiome therapy begins using the best-matched donor formulation. Journaling continues to monitor digestive, lifestyle, and immune response changes.
- Treatment is guided by your physician.
- Capsule kits are only available to registered patients who have completed the FindBiome test.
Price: €795 or €1350 per kit (30 or 60 capsules)
Step 3: Tapering and Long-Term Balance
After 60 days, if symptoms improve, your physician will guide you in gradually tapering off capsules. Long-term success depends on maintaining lifestyle improvements and microbiota stability.
Note: Capsules are only available to patients with verified compatibility and a personal ID.
Step 4. Clinical Consultation and DynaMAP Testing (Optional)
Patients or their doctors may request an exposome consultation and microbiota profiling.
DynaMAP Analysis: €270
Consultation Fee: €185
Result Time: 16–20 days
DynaMAP is only valid when using a full, homogenized stool sample kept refrigerated and processed within 4 hours. Swab samples are insufficient.
